Personal data that we process

 

Rad2Share processes a minimum of personal data. When you choose to make use of our services or contact form, you provide us with the data yourself. The following data is processed by Rad2Share:

  • E-mail address

 

Sensitive personal data that we process

 

Our website and software client do not have the intention to gather personal data of people under the age of 16. If you are certain that we collected personal data of a minor without that consent, please contact us via onno@rad2share.com, then we will delete the aforementioned data.

 

To what end and on which basis do we process personal data?

 

Rad2Share processes your personal data for the following purposes:

 

  • For a normal website and Rad2Share client performance
  • To send you our newsletter and/or advertising brochure
  • To be able to e-mail you in case this is necessary to provide you with our services
  • To inform you about any changes made to our products or services

 

For how long do we store personal data?

 

Rad2Share stores your personal data only as long as is necessary to realize the goals for which your data is collected.

 

Sharing personal data with third parties

 

Rad2Share will only provide third parties with personal data if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you, or in order to comply with a legal obligation.

 

We commit ourselves to sharing as little data as reasonably achievable, as stated in our ALDARA principles.

 

Comments and Contact Forms

 

When visitors leave comments on Rad2share.com we collect the data as shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

 

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it.

After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

 

Media

 

All images uploaded through our Rad2Share Software client should be anonymized by the uploader. The uploader has multiple opportunities to ascertain that the images do not contain any characteristics that can be led back to a patient

Rad2Share only uses technological and functional cookies. We strive towards analytical cookies that do not invade your privacy and the information is hosted on our own infrastructure. A cookie is a small text file which is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you visit this website for the first time. The cookies that we use are essential for the technical functionality of our website and user experience. They ensure the website works properly and remember your preferences. Using cookies, we can optimize our website. You can unsubscribe from cookies by adjusting your internet browser, so it will no longer store cookies. You can also remove all previously stored information through the settings of your browser.

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

To ascertain the request was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity card along with the request. Please ensure to remove the following items in this copy: passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of your passport), passport number and your Citizen Service Number. This in order to protect your privacy. We respond as quickly as possible.
